Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Manazel Properties (“Manazel”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use manazel-properties.com or send an enquiry. We are an independent property advisory based in the Sultanate of Oman and act as the data controller under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022).

1. What we collect

Enquiry data — when you submit the form: your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email (optional), the project or unit type you’re interested in, any message you write, and your agreement to be contacted.

Collected automatically — the page address and the page you came from, the country inferred from your phone number, your IP address, browser and device type, date and time, and campaign parameters in the link (for example utm_source, gclid, fbclid).

Cookies & analytics — an essential cookie that remembers your cookie choice, marketing parameters that record which campaign an enquiry came from, and Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel, which run by default and which you can turn off at any time. We do not ask for or knowingly collect special-category (sensitive) data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use enquiry data to reply to you, shortlist projects that fit your request, and coordinate viewings and paperwork with the developer — on the basis of your consent and of taking steps at your request. We use technical and analytics data to run and secure the site, protect forms against fraud, and measure our advertising — on the basis of your consent (for analytics and ads) and our legitimate interest in site security.

3. Who we share it with

• The developer whose project you enquired about, so your request can be followed up.
• Service providers acting on our behalf: website and email hosting, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check, and — with your consent — Google and Meta for measurement.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. Transfers outside Oman

Some data may be processed by service providers outside the Sultanate of Oman (for example analytics providers). Where that happens we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up your request and for our legitimate interest in managing the relationship, after which we delete or anonymise them. Cookie data expires as set out in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

Under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law you may: access your data, correct or update it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). To exercise any of these, email info@manazel-properties.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Oman.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
